Created by the British Council and the British Fashion Council, this is an event where more than 20 embassies and cultural centers from all over the world will be hosting exhibitions with the work of their best emerging fashion designers.
From Australia to Botswana, from Japan to Belgium and Estonia, the skills, creativity and craftsmanship of these new talents will give the general public and the fashion industry an array of unique visions of what fashion means in different nooks around the globe.
Parsons The New School for Design represents the U.S. Embassy with the work by students from the MFA Fashion Design and Society program. The exhibition presents the creations of designers Mayumi Yamamoto, Paula Cheng, Talia Shuvalov, Aina Husein and Soojin Kang, among others.
