Wah Nails

The iconic East End nail salon is causing quite a stir in London town.

WAH Nails

Wah are no doubt the hippest nails in town. The salon was founded by Arena Homme Plus stylist Sharmadean Reid, and the idea came to him because “of my inability to get truly fashionable nails at my local salons”. His first and most faithful client was one of the most iconic people in fashion: PR Mandi Lennard. The rest is history.

The salon’s philosphy is to give its clients great treatment. A Wah manicure is a heavenly experience: upon arriving to the salon, you can choose the pattern you wish or get advice on which one would suit you better. You can choose wether you want glitter, rhinestones, Swarovski crystals or pearls sprinkled all over your nails for the most amazing result. Then you can relax… and enjoy the experience.

The concept has become so successful Wah are opening ephemeral salons in the chicest department stores in London, such as Selfridges. You can also find them now at Topshop, the city’s fashion epicentre, and get a catwalk-inspired manicure (from Vuitton leopard prints to Erdem and Christopher Kane-inspired florals). The experience is definitely worth a trip to London!
