Little Boots

Victoria Christina Hesketh (born 4 May 1984), also known by her stage name/pseudonym Little Boots, is an English electropop singer–songwriter.
As a musician Little Boots sings and plays the keyboard, piano, stylophone and a Japanese electronic instrument called Tenori-on.
She took her name from that of the Roman Emperor Caligula, whose name comes from “little soldier’s boot”.

The Columbia Little Boots, aka Victoria Hesketh, begins his young career as a singer and keyboardist of dance-pop group Dead Disco in 2007.

Very quickly, the little bubbly blonde with fake air Goldfrapp wants stand on its own: the Little Boots project is his own. Soon, his songs and times (to make it fun songs of Alphabeat, Hot Chip or the rapper Estelle), broadcast on YouTube and MySpace create the buzz.

So much so that Joe Goddard, one of brains of Hot Chip, produced two tracks on his forthcoming first EP, Arecibo, in November 2008: “Stuck On Repeat” (which cartonne in clubs) and “Meddle.”
Hands, the first album Little Boots was released June 8, 2009.
