For Sao Paulo Fashion Week 2012, Andre Lima’s winter tale came in the form of lamé skirts, colourful blouses and a gypsy inspiration. And when it’s time to look up for his inspiration, it’s very clear that Yves Saint Laurent’s ghost appeared in front of him. His 1976 Russian collection had the same gypsy luxury in tops, skirts and details, just like the pieces in Lima’s own collection.
