This is FRANCIS AND THE LIGHTS! The man whose footwork ON STAGE rivals the Michael Jackson moonwalk. The ladies man who wears all black. Francis on the lights is definetely a "Modern Promise".  Few hours before his show at Highline Ballroom in NYC, Francis received our photographer Cameron Krone in his recording studio in the midst of Chinatown.
