Christopher Kane for Topshop

Not long ago, Kate Moss’s 11th col-
lection for Topshop launched. This
is already a classic, but there’s more
to come: Scottish designer Christopher Kane has lately become more and more acknowledged.

His first collaboration with Philip Green’s brand has been widely expected :
Studded dresses, bags and shoes and animal prints (which will predictably become bestsellers) are only some of the elements of this exciting collection. Available in Topshop stores worldwide and Topshop.com.

POP ART

Né dans la rue at Fondation Cartier

The « Graffiti » exhibition, which opened in the
Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain in
Paris last July, has become a true reference and
will be extended. Covering the very controversial
and very young art of graffiti, it is much more than a simple series of
photographs : it explores youth culture and contemporary societies using
various media. An insight in the future of art.

Parisienne

A woman that lives and
loves without waiting.
Frozen sheets, damas
roses and the pale pink
light of dawn form the epicurean landscape of
the Parisienne. Yves
Saint Laurent’s latest
perfume celebrates free-
dom, femininity and sensuality.

It is a blend of cranberry and
blackberry, rose and violet, but also
more masculine scents such as vetiver,
all inside a lovely and intricate
packaging, just like the streets of
Paris. A perfume meant for a woman
in love with Paris and its pleasures.

Lomography shop in London

In the early 1990’s, a group of students discovered a small
Russian camera (the Lomo Kompact Automat) and marked
the beginning of a new era of experimental, easy, lo-fi photo-
graphy. Lomography was born in the Vienna underground
and progressively conquered the world. There is now a new
Lomography temple in London. Located at number 3
Newburgh Street,
just off Carnaby Street, it is much
more than just a store: there are workshops, exhibitions,
music and parties… The interactive expression of a new
cultural age.

Acqua Di Parma Home perfumes

The Italian fragrance Acqua Di Parma has earned its
emblematic status throughout the years. Personalities
like Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, amongst others,
were faithful to the brand which this month launches
three new home perfumes: Colonia, Spezie and Ambra.
Soft and elegant, they are perfect to recreate at home the
faded luxury of “la dolce vita”.
